Oxidized Pan fiber property: refers to the black fiber of polyacrylonitrile fiber that is oxidized by air at a certain temperature to form part of the ring structure. It is the intermediate product of carbon fiber. The density is about 1.40g/cm³. The intensity of 1.4 cN/dtex. Elongation: 23%. Modulus of 5 gpa. Limit oxygen index 40 ~ 60. Decomposition temperature ≥640℃. Moisture recovery rate of 9%. The preparation method is protoxidized polyacrylonitrile filament in 200 ~ 300℃ air.

The preoxygenated blended yarn is blended by para-aramid and preoxygenated fiber in a certain proportion. Compared with the pure preoxygenated yarn, the strength of the yarn is improved, the color of the yarn is enriched, the wear resistance and wear characteristics of the yarn are improved, and the effect of temperature resistance and flame retardant is better than para-aramid yarn.

Generally, the proportion of blending is 60/40, 50/50, 30/70.Can be used as a fabric to avoid fire clothing, aluminum foil after the better effect.The main specifications of the arrayon preoxygenated blended yarn (BY) produced BY our company include the arrayon/preoxygenated fiber ratio of 40/60, 50/50, 30/70, etc. The yarn count is 5, 10, 20, 32, 40 (single yarn and strand).
