Oxidized Pan fabric property: Tanchain Fabrics are masterfully produced from 100% Imported PANOX yarn. Ideal for any flame-resistant application, these fabrics have a notably high LOI%, soft hand and superior strength properties. Tanchain fabrics are adaptable and can accept adhesives for lamination or be coated for enhanced performance; they also are easily processed in cut & sew applications. As a part of Tanchain’s commitment to innovation and versatility, a variety of fabric forms are available, including plain and satin weave constructions, along with knit and scrim types. It should be noted that these fabrics provide superior performance as base layers in FR apparel applications requiring high TPP values.

Panox fiber property: Refers to the black fiber of polyacrylonitrile fiber that is oxidized by air at a certain temperature to form part of the ring structure. It is the intermediate product of carbon fiber. The density is about 1.40g/cm³. The intensity of 1.4 cN/dtex. Elongation: 23%. Modulus of 5 gpa. Limit oxygen index 40 ~ 60. Decomposition temperature ≥640℃. Moisture recovery rate of 9%.The preparation method is protoxidized polyacrylonitrile filament in 200 ~ 300℃ air.
